Jesse D. Turk

Jesse D. Turk (he/him) is an LA-based writer, director and producer originally from Boston. He has worked at FX Networks, Paradigm Talent Agency, and the Allegiance Theater, and was a 2019 mentee of the Ryan Murphy Television Half Initiative as well as a 2023 and 2024 Semi-Finalist for the Disney Writers Program. His past award-winning short films, "Holding" and "The Takeback," have played festivals across the country and have gone on to find streaming success online on sites such as Omeleto and RevryTV. Jesse is also a diversity, equity and inclusion consultant and facilitator for entertainment and media companies and is passionate about uplifting authentic nuance in the stories that come from the intersections of different identities, especially within LGBTQIA+ and Jewish communities.
